Lacto-Vegetarian Diet A diet that excludes eggs, fish, poultry, and meat Drink milk & eat plants

Ovo-lacto-Vegetarian Diet A diet that excludes fish, poultry and red meat Eat eggs, milk, plants

Pesco-vegetarian Diet A diet that excludes meat, poultry, milk, eggs Eat fish and vegetables.

Pollo-vegetarian Diet A diet excludes meat, fish, dairy, eggs They eat chicken
