Presentation transcript:

Mindfulness Live each moment like it’s your last.

Mindfulness or being mindful is being aware of your present moment. You are not judging, reflecting or thinking. Mindfulness is being aware of the present moment.

The practice of mindfulness can bring many benefits to your emotional and physical health.

The present moment is filled with joy and happiness. If you are attentive, you will see it. — Thich Nhat Hanh

"In the end, just three things matter: How well we have lived How well we have loved How well we have learned to let go" — Jack Kornfield

Mindfulness can improve relationships in your life.

Being kind to yourself and others is a companion of mindfulness

Mindfulness can be a great tool for handling stress.

The practice is a path of non- judgment.

Find a comfortable place, free of distractions, and quiet your mind
