Mindful Teachers- Meaningful Lessons Hye.Yeon Lim Ph.D.  We discussed on how meaningful lessons can be created.  Some strategies were given to us on how to apply meaningful lessons in our classrooms.  For example Hye-Yeon Lim was telling us that Yoga is a good way to be mindful.  The definition that she gave us about mindfulness was: paying attention in a particular way or purpose, in the PRESENT moment and nonjudgmentally.  We discussed on how meaningful lessons can be created.  Some strategies were given to us on how to apply meaningful lessons in our classrooms.  For example Hye-Yeon Lim was telling us that Yoga is a good way to be mindful.  The definition that she gave us about mindfulness was: paying attention in a particular way or purpose, in the PRESENT moment and nonjudgmentally.
