A little about me … I am from Northamptonshire From a town called Towcester and an outstanding school called Sponne I teach Business and IT My wife teaches English at Corfe Hills I have three young children aged 8, 7 and 5, called Jack, Harry & Olivia I was playing regular 1 st team rugby until a few years ago and now I play for the Vets I believe that education should be enjoyable, that students should achieve to their full potential and give 100% effort

This summer Y11 got our best progress result ever … 1008 for this summer’s GCSE Progress results, which makes us top 5 for Dorset and in the top third of the country. The best Upper School in this area for progress.
Our 6 th form also did extremely well … 42% of the grades were A* to B grades ALPs scored our AS as ‘very good’ ALPs scored our BTEC as ‘outstanding’ So no matter what kind of course you choose, you will succeed.
Our HMI Ofsted Inspector agrees … In the summer term Ferndown Upper was judged as Good.
