The research paper will be looking at the Ford Motor Company’s success in terms of its management practices, management strategies, and management models. Introduction

Various methods of research will be utilized to provide an insight into Ford Motor Company’s success as a result of its management practices, strategies and models (Sadler, 2002). Sources of information that the report will contain will be collected from various motor-related internet websites, financial data, human resource and management library books, motor vehicles journals, and Ford Motor Company’s annual report and official website. Introduction….Cont.

The body of the research paper will describe the organization’s management practices that make Ford Motor unique from other similar companies, and the innovative strategies that the company has put in place as applied concepts that were discussed in class (Sadler, 2002). Various issues relating to the success or failure or management programs and strategies will be discussed in this section of the research paper. Body

Body….Cont. The management practices, models and innovative strategies that will be discussed in the research paper will describe how Ford Motor has managed to succeed and make it unique from other similar companies (Huffmire & Holmes, 2006) or led to success or failure of business programs in Ford Motor Company (Tata, Prasad & Thorn, 1999). Management of human resource will be evaluated in the report in terms of how the company has managed to achieve employee satisfaction; employee engagement; leadership development; diversity and inclusion; and ensuring occupational health and safety (Nersesian, 2000).

Conclusion Assessment will look at whether the organization’s management methods and strategies contribute towards quality in its operational procedures and management practices Evaluation of the management methods and practices in Ford Motor Company will be used to confirm if management can be used as a strategy to raise and maintain an organization’s competitive advantage position in an industry (Sadler, 2002).(Sadler, 2002).

This section will also include personal opinion on what could be done or added in the management practices and methods to better the organization based on the research findings (Thompson, 2003). These suggestions will also be provided as recommendations to address the unique challenges that Ford Motor Company faces in its effort to maintain a competitive advantage position (Huffmire & Holmes, 2006).
