Parallelism

So….what is parallelism again? Parallelism, also known as parallel structure, is similarity of structure in a pair or series of related words, phrases, or clauses. Example of a sentence that is NOT parallel: I like to swim, to read, and eating ice cream. The fix: I like to swim, to read, and to eat ice cream.
