Eastern Woodlands Indians By: Devin, Drew, Rikki, Hannah, Valerie.

Homes The Iroquois : longhouse The Cherokees: had a house for the summer The Cherokees : Wigwam for the winter A lot of Indians : live in wigwam Most Indians in the West: lived in wooden lodges

Interesting Facts 1.they played a game called Little War. 2.Cherokee Indians experienced one of the most difficult journeys, know so the trail of tears. 3. Some scientist found the figures of two people appear at the top part of this Iroquois comb, which was carved out of bone. 4.) Eastern Woodlands got its name from the many forests that covered the land. 5.) The forests were so thick that in some places sunlight could barely reach the ground.

Way of life 1.) Cherokees: they grew crops and hunted. 2.) Iroquis: they grew crops and hunted.
