Success in Enfamil Lawsuit ( ) 8 th Feb 2006: Korean mothers found metal particles(~2.7mm) in Enfamil (Mead Johnson)  22 nd Feb: FDA(USA) Informs of Nationwide Infant Formula Recall (lot number: BMJ19) May 2008: Lawsuit by 199 Korean mothers, CK, and voluntary laywers May 2009: gained the case (compensation of $400 to each mother)

Code Training for HCPs and IBCLCs 2007: 6 th Oct 60 (3 MDs + 57 nurses) and 4 IBFAN EA members (China, H.K., Japan, and Mongolia) 2008: 19 th Oct 48 (10 MDs + 38 nurses) 2009: 25 th Oct 35 (5 MDs + 30 nurses) Total 143 for 3 yrs (18 MDs +125 nurses)

Revision of Breastfeeding Information in Korean High School Textbooks May 2007 reviewed all the 15 Korean high school textbooks on domestic affairs about breastfeeding information  nothing on GS of IYCF or the Code of Marketing of BMS  images or tables of formula, bottles or pacifiers as antenatal preparation items  introduction of solid food was mistakenly described as stopping breastfeeding early Amendment for revision of textbooks to MOE March 2008, all 15 textbooks were revised in some parts
