II. Specific Ways to Break Free Make a covenant with yourself. –Job 31:1, “I made a covenant with my eyes not to look lustfully at a girl.” –Matthew 5:28, “But I tell you that anyone who looks a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.”

Specific Ways to Break Free Remove yourself from the situation. –2 Timothy 2:22, “Flee the evil desires of youth and pursue righteous, faith, love and peace.” –1 Corinthians 6:18, “Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a man commits are outside his body, but he who sins sexually sins against his own body.”
