Blue and Gold Opportunity Plan Guarantees that UC fees will be covered by grants and/or scholarships for California students from families with incomes under $80,000 Many students with financial need will receive more grant/scholarship assistance than is offered under this plan Students must submit the FAFSA and be determined to have financial need
