Segment Wise Dr Cr Report– Go to Reports  Segment Wise Dr Cr Report The objective of this report is to give an overall Debit /Credit balance of Clients which shall help in ensuring collection from the clients. Here the value of stock s which are there in margin account and value of POA Stocks after Hair cut are also given. In case the client has traded in FNO, the margin required by exchange is also given in the column span Req.

LAS Reports– Go to Reports  LAS  LAS Report The objective of this report is to give an overall debit balance of Clients who have availed Loan against Shares facility. The report also gives us the gross amount of stock the client has and also the value of the stock after applying the Haircut of LKP. -ve Risk after HC means the clients has to provide that much additional margin.

Cheque Entries– Go to Accounts  CMS  Cheque Entry. The said options are to be used when the client has given us a cheque that needs to be banked. The cheque entry has to be made first, then deposit slip has to be generated and finally the said deposit slip has to be printed which shall be submitted to the bank along with the cheques. The system will also update the Risk management team about the collection of cheques within 15 Minutes

The said options is to be used for putting the request for client payouts. While releasing the payments, any cheques given by clients which have not been cleared will be deducted from overall available payout. Late payment Charges payable and FNO Shortfall margin penalties which have not been debited will be deducted. Payments can be made by Cheque/RTGS- NEFT. Client Payout– Go to Backoffice  Client Payout Request

Brokerage Reports– Go to MIS  Brokerage Sharing Reports  Client Wise Brokerage Report The said report shows various types of Brokerage MIS viz:- Date wise, Clientwise, etc. The Report also shows the Sub brokers share on the gross brokerage Earned.
