Road Safety – post 2010 Targets for 2020 against a baseline  Making Britain’s roads the safest in the world  Reduce road deaths by at least 33%  Reduce serious injuries by at least 33%  KSIs for children (<17 years) by 50%  50% reduction in the rate of KSIs per km for pedestrians and cyclists is 33% a big enough reduction ?
