DIAGNOSIS/OUTCOME Thoracic ultrasound: Non-aerated right middle lung with multifocal angular mineralization Bronchoscopy: Inflammation, airway collapse, and mucus in the airways Cytology: Moderate to marked mixed, primarily neutrophilic and eosinophilic inflammation with mild macrophage reactivity was seen Findings consistent with eosinophilic disease such as feline asthma. Treatment: Prednisolone, Doxycycline pending Mycoplasma culture

CASE 6 4 month old MN German Shepherd Chronic regurgitation, thin body condition

DIAGNOSIS/OUTCOME Hospitalization for IV fluid therapy, Nebulization Amoxicillin, Baytril Frequent, small, elevated feedings Acetylcholine receptor antibody titers: Negative Cortisol levels: Normal
