Thesis Statement When you are a principal and you are doing your job right, the effects can be seen on how well the school is running.

My Project My project was to:  Prepare for the book fair  Find kids to read with  Evaluate on how well  Help them pick books

Documentation of Process First I got the books ready for the book fair for the kids.

Documentation of Process continued The second step I had to do is find a partner to read with and we had to choose a couple of books.

Documentation Process continued The third step I had to do was read the books with her and see what level of reading she was on.

Final Product  When you are a principal and you are doing your job right, the effects can be seen on how well the school is running.  By helping organize a book fair, kids became excited about reading
