Created through the necessary and proper clause, these powers are carried out by Congress, even though the Constitution doesn’t specifically mention them

Implied Powers

Powers removed from both the Federal and State governments; they are clearly prohibited

Denied Powers

If the Constitution doesn’t specifically mention a power as being for the federal government, then it belongs to the States or People, at least, according to this portion of the Constitution…
