The public are not involved enough. All the agencies are working together but what is missing is the public representation. There is no consultation with the public.... the police did go out and do some door to door consultation. But this is not enough. There is no consistent consultation. People should be going back and talking to the public. Even after the first consultation. It should be continuous. The public should be represented. Not by a Councillor as they do not represent everyone in the community. It should be members of the public who should be involved and going to these meetings as well.

...we keep getting told it’s inter-partnership with other partner agencies, but I still feel that even in this day and age they still want the Police to drive everything and we keep getting told that we must take a back step and we’ve all got to take equal ownership but I still think that if the Police step away the whole thing falls apart because the communities don’t take as much responsibility as we do. We were criticised for wanting to own everything but... no we don’t, we don’t own everything,...you know among all the other partners, and as soon as we step away from this in March we will be back to go from call to call to call to call and we’re not the answer...
