The most important organs are the skull, ribs and patella's The skull holds the shape of your face and protects the brain The ribs protect your heart and lungs The patella's help hold your legs and arms together
Joints are parts that connect pieces of your bones The hinge joint connects elbows, fingers and knees The ball-and-socket joint connects shoulders and hips The pivot joint connects the knees, neck and forearms
Bones are soft when people are young Blood cells are made in bone marrow Drinking milk will help prevent osteoporosis when your older There are more bones in your hands and feet than the rest of your body
