1. Business and enterprise Enterprise Enterprise - an independent business entity operating in a market economy, engaged in the production, the sale of goods and services for profit and its maximization.

Moreover, in the scientific literature are widely used not one, but two similar concepts – the «enterprise» and «firm».

That company is a major producer of goods and services subject to the main market, which come in a variety of economic relations with other actors.

Entrepreneurship (business) Entrepreneurship (business) - is an initiative independent activity of legal entities and citizens, aimed at making a profit.

Important to the work of the enterprise has information - commercial, technical and operational.

Commercial information Commercial information answers the questions: what products and in what quantities to be produced, at what price and to whom it is to realize, what costs would be required to produce it.

Technical information Technical information provides a comprehensive description of products, describes the technology of its manufacture, install, what parts and materials needed to produce each product with any machines. equipment, tools and techniques, in what order should work.

operational information On the basis of operational information an assignment staff made its placement on workplace monitoring, reporting and control of the production process, as well as the adjustment of administrative and commercial operations.

External environment External environment, which directly determines the effectiveness and feasibility of the enterprise - is, above all, consumers, suppliers of industrial components, as well as public authorities and the public.

Acquired the status of an entrepreneur after the state registration of the legal entity or individual. Without business registration can not be performed.

The laws, duties, responsibilities and guarantee business is defined by law: the right to do business, create businesses, to acquire the necessary property for their activities; equal access of all actors on the market for material, labor, information and natural resources;

- Equal conditions of enterprises regardless of ownership and legal form; - Protection of corporate property from unlawful seizure; - free choice of the field of entrepreneurship within the prescribed limits; - preventing unfair competition and business monopoly position in the market of individual producers.

Legal entity Legal entity - an organization that has in the property, economic or operational management of separate property, is liable for its obligations with this property.
