GREENFIELD ELEMENTARY MRS. ROBERTS SECOND GRADE MY WRITING PORTFOLIO By: Haley B.
TABLE OF CONTENTS – My Favorite Book – The Best Thing That Happened This Year – My Favorite Classroom Activity – My Power Point Biography – A Message from Mrs. Roberts
My Favorite Book My favorite book is The Thea Sisters. The sister’s have a group of girls that they help. The group inspires how your dreams can come true if you just believe in yourself. Just like Pauline and Pamela who are two of the five sisters. They all like the same things. Do you want to know what it is? It is exploring. Exploring means to find treasures and food to give to the poor families. They also got them fresh food and water. This is a great book!
The Best Thing That Happened This Year The best thing that happened to me this year is being star student. Mom came and we made play dough and then there was a lock down. It was a real one, somebody robbed a fruit market and was running from the police. He tried to get in the market but he got arrested so we are good. After the lock down we got back to making the play dough. We put some dough in a baggie and gave some play dough to my class. This was a really great day.
My Favorite Classroom Activity My favorite activity was making a self portrait and writing how we are unique. I love to draw pictures for different people. I am a good writer and I read all my stories to my sister and my mom. They loved my stories. I love my self and others and that’s why I liked making self portraits and writing. These are the reasons why the self portrait was my favorite activity in the classroom this year.
