Orange County Administrative Regulation 8.12 governs use of County facilities County facilities can be used by the public on a “cost use” basis if –Facility is open and available –Space can accommodate the desired use –Not illegal or immoral activity Facility can be used at no cost if the use will not require any additional or unscheduled janitorial, security, or staffing services. FACILITY RENTAL POLICIES

Departments/Divisions having jurisdiction over facilities which lend themselves to use by the public are required to establish and set use policies and cost schedules. Policies and cost schedules are required to be uniformly applied.

Rental Charge –$25 per hour for each of the first 4 hours –$10 per hour for each additional hour –$50 refundable deposit –Proof of insurance FACILITY RENTAL POLICIES
