Landforms Around the World  Learn what landforms are.  Learn to identify the different types of landforms around the world.

What Are Landforms?  A kind of land Examples :  Plains  Hills  Mountains

First type of landform is a mountain  Mountains are the highest kind of land on Earth.  A mountain is higher than a hill.

What Is A Hill?  Land that is higher than the land around it, but lower than a mountain.

What Is A Plain?  An area of flat land.  Example:  A farm is on a plain.

What Is A Valley?  A valley is low land between hills or mountains.
