Introduction of the National Strategy No.1755/QĐ-TTg MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION Introduction of the National Strategy No.1755/QĐ-TTg Umbrella strategy for Ministry of Information and Communications from now till 2020. Targets: Internationally-recognized ICT human resources Software and Digital Content Industry becoming a key driver of the economy Nation-wide broadband infrastructure ICT usage in all aspects of life, contributing to the sustainable development, enhancing the transparency of the government agencies. Annual ICT revenue growth rate doubles the GDP growth rate. In 2020, ICT share in GDP reaches 8-10%

Support enterprises in research and commercializing their products
