Promotion to Grade 10 In order to be promoted to grade 10, a student must have earned 6.0 credits. These credits must be earned by August 15 th of the same school year in accordance with the following guidelines: Promotion to Grade 11 In order to be promoted to grade 11, a student must have earned 12.0 credits.
