SUPERACRYL PLUS Polymerization STANDARD POLYMERIZATION: Dip the cuvette in cold water Heat to 70 °C within 30 minutes Maintain the temperature for another 30 minutes Increase the temperature to 100 °C within 30 minutes. Maintain the temperature for another 30 minutes. The total polymerization time is 2 hours.

SUPERACRYL PLUS Polymerization ACCELERATED POLYMERIZATION Place the cuvette in cold water. Heat to 100 °C. Maintain the temperature for 45 minutes. QUICK-BOILING POLYMERIZATION Suitable only for partial dentures of up to 4 teeth. Place the cuvette in boiling water (100 °C). Maintain the temperature for 40 minutes.

SUPERACRYL PLUS Polymerization POLYMERIZATION IN PRESSURE POLYMERIZATOR: Polymerization directly on the model, without cuvette. Suitable only for smaller partial dentures and denture repairs. Pressure: 0,6 MPa Temperature: 100 – 110 °C Time: 10 – 15 minutes
