Treatment of Simple Performance Injuries Signs or Symptoms? Signs = what you can see Especially important if subject unconscious Symptoms = what the injured person can tell you

Mostly on hands or feet –T–Treatment: if skin unbroken, protect blister with padding or cotton wool.
