SiteManager companion application developed by AASHTO to mange the the subcontractor information data flow between the Prime Contractors and Agency SiteXchange
Four Main Components SubGen – Converts contract and vendor data files from Sitemanager. SubCon – Used by the Prime to enter subcontract info SubLoad – Converts files received from Prime into files that can be imported into SiteManager SubPatch – Makes final changes before import
In a Nut Shell Agency activates SiteManager contract Agency exports contract item information. Information is distributed to the Prime Contractor. The Prime uses the SubCon portion of SiteXchange to enter appropriate data. Prime submits this data back to Agency. Agency imports data back into SiteManager.
If it Smells like Expedite…. SubGen - Uses a configuration file that can be customized using a text editor to meet the specific requirements of your agency. SubCon – Contractors use the SubCon program to enter subcontract information including subcontract vendors, items, item quantities, and item prices, generate reports, and submit the modified contract information back to the agency.
