Zero Tolerance Policy Zero Tolerance policy is not for the average student. It is only for those students who continue to refuse to follow the class rules and procedures of seventh grade At the end of each interim and grading period, there will be a general discussion of students by the 7th grade teachers. Should there be a continuing problem, that student may receive a detention for each future infraction of the rules. Progressive discipline, an administrative consequence will follow the zero tolerance procedure as detentions add up. Upon being put on progressive discipline, the student’s parents will be notified and a conference will be set up with applicable teachers and administration.
