AMENDMENTS 11 (1798) INDIVIDUALS CANNOT SUE A STATE IN FEDERAL COURT

AMENDMENT 12 (1804) 1. The ELECTORAL COLLEGE SHALL MEET IN THE SENATE AND VOTE 2. THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE VOTING FOR THE PRESIDENT AND THE VICE PRESIDENT WILL BE ON A SEPARATE BALLOT.
