1.9 Production Wizard The Lumio Production Wizard is a suite including three applications, providing the following features: Creation of a set of configuration settings customized for each panel type and customer order Storage of alternative sets of configuration settings for easy access and reuse Automated performance of procedures Automatic configuration of the panel’s controller Interactive panel calibration and testing Storage of procedure results in a database for later reference Exporting of procedure results for viewing by Lumio technical support staff Note: The panel should be fully assembled before the Wizard application is run. This means that all sensors and contacts are securely in place, that the connectors are properly connected to the controller, and that the controller is connected to the PC through a USB port.

1.9 Production Wizard Distribution Ready Process The Distribution-Ready Procedure combines automated and semi automated processes including: Signal Test: The PW performs a signal test to check that the sensors receive signals from the LED PCBs Boundaries: The PW performs a semi-automated process to configure the touch boundaries Calibration: The PW calibrates the sensors to ensure that they accurately detect the co-ordinates when users touch the panel. Testing: The PW performs an interactive process to test that the panel is calibrated according to the settings loaded into the Controller. Download: When the test is successful, the PW downloads and saves the settings to the Controller NOTE: Settings for the Distribution-Ready Procedures vary depending on the type and dimensions of the panel, the type of controller, and the customer’s requirements.
