Welfare Reform & other changes from April 2013 Bedroom Tax – (Under occupation in social sector) – Eligible rent reduced by 14% if one spare room – 25% for two or more spare Council Tax Support replaces Council Tax Benefit. Working age CTS reduced by 8.5% Crisis Fund replaces Social Fund £375/£500 cap starts Summer/Autumn2013 Universal Credit from October 2013
