LWEC Summer 2012 Children’s Programs LWEC will hold four different programs for our children this summer. 1.LWEC Hoop Basketball Camp 2.Summer Preparations for Fall Musical Outreach (which will be held on 3 Nov12) 3.Children’s Discipleship 4.Bible Reading Program

LWEC Hoops Non-Competitive fun exercise where coaches build up the children as valuable creations of God, where children learn to have a Christ-like manner and play as a team. Coaches teach children good sportsmanship and fundamentals of basketball.

LWEC Hoops Who: Children Gr. 2 nd -5 th When: Four Tuesdays from 1:00-3:00pm starting June 5, 2012 (possible for extension depending on interest). Place: LWEC Gym Fee: $10 (drinks, cups, and basketballs)

Summer Preparations for Fall Musical Outreach ‘Praise Rocks’ Praise Rocks is based on Luke 19:40: "I [Jesus] tell you," replied, "if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out." Just as the followers of Jesus lined the streets to praise their King, children at LWEC will sing to praise our King. When we praise Him with one voice, there will be no need for stones to cry out.

Children Discipleship Purpose: to get an overview of God’s entire plan as revealed in the Bible. ‘The Story’ for kids is a complete story book which tells about God’s great love for His people. The book reads like a novel with fun art and thought-provoking questions. Our children will love reading the greatest story ever told!
