What is a lost and found?  A place to keep lost items until owners come to find them. What places might have a lost and found?  School  Store  Movie Theatre  Office  Hospital

Vocabulary After Marty realized he had lost his glasses, he became worried. Worried: concerned or anxious

Vocabulary Marty had to ask the sales clerk for directions to the lost and found. Directions: lines or paths along which someone or something goes, lies, or points

Vocabulary Marty was shocked at some of the unusual items in the lost and found. Unusual: not usual, not common

Vocabulary Marty saw many rumpled shirts in the bottom of the box. Rumpled: wrinkled or creased

Vocabulary Marty thought back to the time when he lost his favorite truck and wondered why he always got into these situations. Situations: sets of conditions at certain moments in time
