REGIONAL CENTER FOR ENERGY EFFICIENCY OF NOVI PAZAR (RCEENP) RCEENP, established on MAY 2012, is an organizational unit of the SUNP which represents an integral part of the network of regional Centres of Serbia. RCEENP was established due to the strategic need for improvement of conditions and measures for the RUE and fuels in the region of Novi Pazar. The key characteristics of the energy sector in Serbia are: a low energy efficiency (both in production and consumption side), outdated technology in the production sector, a low level of investments and an unrealistic low price of electricity, a low share in renewable energy sources and an unreasonable consumption of practically all forms of energy. WG was formed (SUNP, FME, SCOE) 06 March - Meeting of WG from RS at FME-BG.
