Need help with a problem on your machine? Remote Assistance can give you immediate support.

Primary Features Need a software upgrade, or a new package installed? Once the software license is purchased, your software installation can be done overnight using Software Packaging and Deployment.

Primary Features Not sure which Critical Updates and Patches to install? Not sure how to answer the questions at update time? We can schedule and install patches automatically with Patch Management.

Primary Features Tired of trying to find information about your machine for all of the inventories we do? That information can be gathered automatically using Inventory/Asset Management.

How It Works

First, a LANDesk client is installed on your computer. It runs in the background, similar to how Symantec anti-virus runs.

How It Works If you need help with a problem on your computer, call the Service Desk at x1111, option 3. If the problem is one that can be handled through Remote Assistance, the technician will initiate a remote support session on your computer.

How It Works The Remote Control Agent Permission is always required.
