Information for submissions The data will be collected via the HEFCE extranet ( a secure data transfer site. A group key will be provided, which will allow access to the KIS submission link within the site. The data will be submitted as an XML file, as is the case with data collections carried out by HESA and the data service. The facility will be open for submissions in April, allowing institutions to upload data and check results. NSS and DLHE 2012 data will be added in July Final deadline for submission of KIS data and sign off by head of institution is August Institutions will be able to preview their full KIS data at this point.
