Metadata management and knowledge org. Priority: Build prototype services which show how OCLC can add value to metadata wherever it is created. Priority: Make knowledge organization services more accessible and usable by a wider range of users. Metadata switch –Terminology services –Schema transformation –Names –Harvest (NDLTD) FRBR FAST VIAF Classification research

Content management Priority: Make a leading contribution to the economic and engineering issues facing the digital preservation community.
