IWIO – Course/Exam evaluation IWIO is the system that we use to evaluate our courses and exams. Evaluation is very important for you and for the faculty. Aim is to make sure the quality of education and exams is good, remains good and gets even better every year! Make it your habit to always fill out the evaluation forms. We need your opinion!

After the exam of each course you will get an like this asking you to fill out the evaluation form. Click on the link to the website iwio-fasos.maastrichtuniversity.nl

This will take you to the Homepage of IWIO. It’s a protected environment, because your personal opinion is strictly confidential! Therefore you have to log in using your UM student username and password. You can do that where it says: Members login here, or you first click on the EVALUATE button and login in the next screen. Click the EVALUATE button

Before you get to the evaluation links, log in with your UM student username and password. Example: Username: i Password: your password Click in the Logon field

Having typed in your username and password? Click the Logon button

Having entered your personal IWIO area, you will see the link(s) to the evaluation form(s) of the course(s) you have been asked to evaluate. Click on the link with the coursename

Your ID-number and the tutorial group you were in are already filled in. If necessary, change the group number. You can start filling in the evaluation form now. Click one of the options of the 1 st question

Here is the end of the form. Having answered all the questions, click the Submit Evaluation Form button to hand in your opinion on the course. Click the right button to submit

You will get a confirmation message that your evaluation form was submitted successfully. When all forms are being processed, the result of the evaluation will be published on the IWIO website. Click on the link of the website

You go straight to the Evaluation analysis area, because you are still logged in. On this page you can view all evaluations of previous courses. By default a list of all evaluated courses of the current academic year is shown. You can click on a course in the list or select a course from previous years by using the filtering controls under Course Selection. Click on the Search button

In this list, click on the course Organisational crime

Now the links to the reports of the various evaluation sections appear. Click on the link of Section 1

This is what it looks like. The Mean column shows the average score per question on a 5-point scale.
