Practical example Gender Index action against women’s discrimination on the labor market by increasing employers’ knowledge Objectives  Counteract women discrimination in the workplace by constructing management models for gender sensitive companies  Increase the level of labour law observance among employers in relation to women’s situation in the workplace  Increase the level of employers’ knowledge and interest for activities promoting and empowering women in the workplace

Practical example Gender Index action against women’s discrimination on the labor market by increasing employers’ knowledge Activities  Expert work aiming at the creation of research tool concerning the situation of women in a company / in the workplace  Public campaign on gender equality in the workplace with 16 regional debates National competition for a company with the best policy in promoting women and gender equality in the workplace  Gathering good practices concerning gender equality and the workplace in a form of a guide for employers. Building up a training model concerning gender equality and the workplace for employers and other stakeholders.
