IMLC: Level 4 Certificate and Level 5 Award in Management and Leadership. AMLC: Level 4 Diploma and a Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership. ACS Instructors: Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring and the higher qualification in Management and Leadership from the course that they instruct on.
