To which question would you like this seminar to answer? Good lesson learnt and best practises on the inclusive employment projects. Useful tools which can be used in the inclusive livelihood project based on the experience Main challenges projects have faced during the project implementation and the recommendations to address them SEMINAR « Inclusive Employment » Vientiane, 7 – 11 October 2013

What are the main challenges / stakes for the future in inclusive employment project ? The EU Livelihood Project is in the initial stage therefore till now we didn’t face any major issues. Livelihood stakeholders are willing to include people with disabilities in their entire programs. They request HI and CAMID support to identify the potential people with disabilities for livelihood inputs and vocational training. The next and more challenging step is to develop and implement business and personal plans and link people with disabilities with appropriate service providers. HI, CAMID and DPOs are providing capacity building training on disability, barriers and the important of accessibility, adaptation and communication for the Livelihood stakeholders. We will develop action plans with livelihood stakeholders. The the next step is for people to use inclusive services and for HI, CAMID and the service provider to understand from their experiences if their needs are met or not. HI and CAMID need to learn how to do coaching for progressive support to the livelihood stakeholders. SEMINAR « Inclusive Employment » Vientiane, 7 – 11 October 2013
