My American Dream By: Cameron Penrod

After I Graduate High School…

I know I want to go to college, either here or in Florida, because all my family is there.

I really love Music. I’ve been taking piano lessons for five years. I want to do something with music, Like work for a recording studio or a music producer. I plan on going to Florida State or UCSD for their music programs, and maybe get a scholarship. Then I want live in San Diego after college for good.

If I don’t have a music career, I want to have a career in journalism, because I love writing.

Once I’m done with college, I want to get married and have two kids when I’m in my late 20’s. I want one girl & one boy.

Maybe I’ll just be a stay at home mom, because I would hate for my kids to have no parents around.

When I think about my future, I think of a family, and going to college near the people I love. Once I have my own family, I want to live in a house right on the beach in San Diego.

And I want to have 10,000 German Shepherd puppies, since dogs are the coolest thing ever. (:

If I end up with a family, a house, and a career, I’ll have my American Dream.
