2 HCPSS History of Employee Wellness HCPSS has always believed in supporting and encouraging employee health and wellness. We have had wellness initiatives such as flu shots, health fairs, lunch and learn sessions, and exercise classes in support of employee wellness.

3 We Need To Do More We have realized these individual programs are not enough to sustain the wellness outcomes we want for our employees. We must do more.

4 An HCPSS Comprehensive Employee Wellness Program is Coming!! We have begun an action plan to establish a comprehensive employee wellness plan.

5 The Employee Wellness Plan Actions Underway Established a Benefits Committee Selected a vendor to partner with us on the implementation of a healthy activity program Evaluation health and wellness RFP’s
