Recent Analyst Validation Forrester Research Email Marketing Vendor Wave (July 2014) Rise of Customer Lifecycle Systems (Dec 2013) Gartner Research Market Guide for Email Marketing (June 2014) Raab Associates Vendor Brief (June 2014) StrongView has received a lot of analyst validation from a number of different sources, including Forrester, Gartner and Raab Associates. The most notable being StrongView’s leadership position in the 2014 Forrester ESP Wave.

Forrester: Email Marketing Vendor Wave StrongView ranks as a standout Leader Top overall strategy Top strategy scores for executive vision and product development Top offering scores for segmentation, campaign performance testing, dynamic content, data integration and security ·  StrongView earned a leader position in the latest Wave, which reviews the nine most significant players narrowed down from a pool of 33 ESPs serving enterprise marketers. ·  StrongView received the highest score for the overall Strategy category, as well as highest possible scores for executive vision and development strategy. · StrongView earned the second highest score for current offering, including top marks in several key categories that include queries/segmentation, campaign performance testing, dynamic content, data integration and security. ·  ExactTarget and Responsys both saw their Strategy and Current Offering scores fall significantly since the 2012 Wave, while StrongView saw a dramatic rise across these categories, as well as Market Presence.  In other words, StrongView is on the rise, while Oracle and Responsys are languishing as they get absorbed into their parent companies.

Forrester: Rise of Customer Lifecycle Systems Cited as leading lifecycle marketing solution provider One of 12 providers capable of delivering on its vision for a centralized customer life- cycle marketing system Noted for: Messaging across digital channels Messaging in context for different lifecycle phases The report profiles 12 leading lifecycle marketing solution providers capable of delivering on Forrester’s vision for a customer lifecycle marketing system, which it defines as “A central technology hub that allows marketers to manage every interaction between the company and its customers as they progress along the customer life cycle.” Forrester references StrongView's competence in messaging across digital channels and its focus on “Present Tense Marketing,” which emphasizes the importance of messaging in context for the different phases of the customer lifecycle. Inclusion in this report validates StrongView’s powerful, cross-channel lifecycle marketing capabilities, which are essential for achieving Forrester’s vision for a centralized customer lifecycle marketing system.

Gartner: Market Guide for Email Marketing One of only four enterprise providers profiled Noted for: Helping marketers transition from simply campaigns to contextually relevant messaging Enabling cross-channel messaging, orchestration and automation and customer and campaign analytics Enterprise integration with leading MCCM platforms Unlimited data storage with InteractionStore In this report, Gartner provides an overview of email marketing solutions and divides them into three categories: Freemium, Midtier and Enterprise.   StrongView is listed as one of four enterprise providers, alongside Epsilon, ExactTarget and Responsys. Experian/Cheetahmail and Silverpop are relegated to the “Mid-tier” category, due to their inability to effectively serve enterprise clients. The report provides straightforward advice for choosing an email service provider, including verifying whether the vendor has the right capabilities to grow with your business. StrongView’s capabilities map very well to the needs of enterprise marketers, who require a reliable, high-performance solution with mission-critical service-level agreements and the flexibility to integrate with existing systems.

Raab Associates: Vendor Review A complete package that delivers on its promises Noted for: Moving beyond email to real-time, contextual marketing Articulating a proper strategy for transitioning clients to contextual marketing Building a more flexible data environment that “closes a critical gap faced by email vendors” Industry analyst David Raab reviews Message Studio and StrongView’s overall approach to services, and finds that we “have carefully worked through the implications to define and deliver a complete solution.” Raab applauds us for not just making promises, but delivering on them. Raab also credits us for articulating a proper strategy, “one that defines not just a goal (helping marketers make the transition) but also the method for achieving that goal (by providing the necessary technology and services)”
