Finance and Infrastructure Service The unit conducts all the activities related to finance and accounting for all the faculties of the UP. The main tasks of the Finance and Infrastructure Service include: – Determination of the development strategy and budgeting; – Income equalization and reporting; – Expenditure processing, approval and reporting; – Physiscal assets management and expendable supplies; – Cash and petty cash management; – Document development; – Document retention and systematization; – Financial statements analysis and reporting.

Main UP’s expectations from the project (according to the project objectives) To enhance modernisation of human and organisational capacities of financial management through capacity building and experience exchange; To develop a sustainable communication platform between UP, HEIs and the relevant ministries with the objective of improving transparency and systematisation of financial management practices
