Right Person, Right Place, Right Time 10 Questions and Answers Unemployment compensation (varies by state) Currently there is no impact to PCS assignments AFPC currently has no plan to change retention incentives such as Aviator Incentive Pay as a result of these programs If member accepts incentive pay and subsequently is approved for voluntary separation the unearned portion will be recouped (rules may vary from program to program) TERA eligibles may apply for TERA ILO meeting the board TERA eligibles who are not selected for retention will be given the opportunity to apply for TERA
