Upcoming Training  CP Soil Classification Training (8 hour training including Geoprobe soil boring and exercise). This training class will be offered twice in August – August 21 and August 24. Registration for this training will open the week of July 20.  CP Annual Training: this 8 hour training will be held on Tuesday, October 27 at the ODOT Headquarters on West Broad Street in Columbus. TBA Update- FFY16 Total Funding (Federal and State) = $ 558,000 We expect to complete TBAs by the end of FFY15 (over twice as many as in previous years!) We have committed almost all of our FFY15 TBA funds. Can begin entertaining new project applications in October 2015

Abandoned Gas Station Cleanup Grant Program Created in House Bill 64 (Budget Bill) passed at the end of June Look for program roll-out in mid-Fall Funded using remaining Clean Ohio Fund monies capped at $20 million

Abandoned Gas Station Cleanup Grant Program Grantee must be political subdivision OR have an agreement with political subdivision Grantee must own the property Grant funding: a maximum of $100,000 for assessment and $500,000 for cleanup Funding can be used for assessment and cleanup when associated with a Class C Release Site
