Activities Conducted/Implemented Participants Consultation Workshop on the Implementation of Senior High School, September 2, 2013 at DepEd Conference Hall The workshop was attended by PSDS/Coordinating Principals and All Secondary School Heads (34 Public & 5 Private) and 5 EPS Division Senior High School Implementation Team Conference, November 28, 2013 at DepEd Conference Hall Conference on SR HS Planning with SDS, ASDS, Planning Officer, and 3 EPS Orientation and Planning Workshop on SR HS, January 31, 2014 An orientation on the Conduct of SR HS Survey and Data gathering with 30 Secondary School Heads, 5 Coordinating Principals, Representative from DOLE (1), DTI (1) and 5 member of Division Senior HS Implementation Team

Activities Conducted/Implemented Participants Pre-Conference on Senior High School Implementation, October 2, 2014, DepEd DO SR HS Conference re Survey Analysis and Planning by Senior High School Implementation Team Planning/Preparation on Senior High School, October 3, 2014, Cozi Home & Garden, Luna, Apayao SR HS Planning and Consultative Conference on SR, High School Implementation ( Track and Strands to offer, and other requirements). The workshop was attended by34 Secondary Schools, 1 representative from the PPDO, 3 MPDO, 1 Board member in Charge on Education, 3 LGU Representatives, 1 PO, 4 EPS, ASDS & SDS Validation Workshop on Senior HS, DepEd Division Office- March 3, 2015 Finalization and Confirmation of the 21 Secondary schools to offer SR HS , its Track offering and other requirement. Participated by 21 Secondary Schools and facilitated by the Planning officer
