Strategy of OPRG for Roma Integration Dedicated budget: M inimum 5% of budget under IPURD of each municipality dedicated to social infrastructure Integrated approach: Based on the successful experience under the current programming period Social infrastructure for the identified target groups financed under OPRG Supporting soft measures under OP HRD
