Contractor Payment Calculator (CPC) was created to simplify those frustrating and time consuming operations by automation CPC will: import Items and Subcodes from MTO digital data, record item quantities, produce Fuel Price Adjustment calculations and reports, produce Progress Payments for any time period, produce Status Reports for any time period, print backup information for progress reports. And it does all this, and more, quickly and accurately

CPC System Requirements CPC will run in systems having minimum of: Pentium (200 MHz) or equivalent processor Pentium (200 MHz) or equivalent processor Windows 98 operating system, and Windows 98 operating system, and MS Access 2002 or later version MS Access 2002 or later version Note: When required an applicable version of Access will be supplied by PHA without extra cost.

How To Setup CPC Program ? Click on the button opens Contract Data window First CPC needs to know the contract details. These are entered under “Enter Contract Data” button below

Click on “Enter Contract Details” button opens theContract Information window opens the Contract Information window

Contract info and users logo are inserted here By closing this window one can continue to enter other contract data.

How to enter Item information? Item info can be downloaded from MTO digital contract data. Window below shows the form for manual entries. (Remember to check the Fuel Price Adjustment box, if applicable) By using the buttons shown on this window additional Items, or Sub-Code Information can be entered into the system

Sub-Codes shown are from imported data. To enter Townships click the column for pull-down menus After entering all townships this window is closed to return to Main Switchboard

To enter payment data click “Payment Recording System” button, then

Click on “Record Completed Work” button

Recording of Completed Work Data Select the Item and Sub-Code using appropriate buttons Enter date, quantity completed and reference (Revised Quantity is modified only on instruction by the owner, other entries are optional) and exit this screen.

Printing Reports Click on “Print Reports” button Click on “Print Reports” button
