 1985-The Amiga 1000 is released.  1995-Java is introduced.  2001-Xbox is released.  2002-Over 1 billion pc’s have been sold.  2005-Ebay gets Skype.  2006-Skype has over 100,000 users.

 CPU stands for central processing unit. It is almost like the brain of the computer.

 A video card is a expansion card that allow the computer to send graphical information to a video display like the monitor.

 RAM stands for random access memory. You can access any memory cell directly if you know the row and column it is on.
